This Privacy Policy for Zhigang Liu (“Developer”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), explains how we collect, store, use, and share ("process") your information when you use our services ("Services") in relation to the Clean: Phone Storage Cleaner mobile application (“Application”).

• Local Processing: We prioritize your privacy. Most of our core features, including photo analysis, video compression, and file management, are performed locally on your device. We do not upload your personal photos or videos to our servers.
• Email Cleaning: If you use the Email Cleaner feature, we access your inbox via official APIs (like Google Gmail API) only to help you organize and delete junk. We do not store your emails on our servers.
• Privacy First: As an individual developer, I am committed to data minimization. No files leave your phone during the cleaning process, and I do not sell your personal data.

2. Personal Data We Collect

When you use Clean, we may process the following data:

• Technical Information: IP address, device ID (IDFA/GAID), device model, operating system version, and language settings.
• Usage Data: Information on how you interact with the App, such as features accessed (e.g., Video Compression, Secret Space, Charging Animations) and your subscription status.
• User Content (Local Only): To provide features like "Clean Gallery" or "Compress Videos," the App requires access to your gallery and files. Note: These files are processed entirely on-device. We do not store or transmit your photos, videos, or contact lists to our servers.
• Email Account Info: If you grant permission for the Email Cleaner, we may access metadata (headers, subject lines) to help you identify junk emails. We adhere to strict "Limited Use" requirements for API data.
• Purchase Info: All transactions are handled by Apple. We only receive transaction identifiers and order history to manage your Pro features. We do not have access to your credit card details.

3. Google API / Gmail Disclosure (For Email Cleaner)

Clean’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only access your email to allow you to read, compose, and delete junk mail directly within the app. We do not use this data for marketing, advertising, or training AI models.

4. Data Storage and Security

• Content: Your photos, videos, and contacts remain on your device or your personal iCloud storage.
• Secret Space: Content moved to "Secret Space" is encrypted locally. Since we do not store this data, we cannot recover your files if you forget your PIN.
• Security: We implement industry-standard technical measures to protect the limited data we collect (like technical logs).

5. Third-Party Services

We may use the following third-party partners to improve the App:

• Apple App Store: For payment processing and subscription management.
• Analytics (e.g., Firebase/Adjust): To monitor app stability and understand user engagement.
• Advertising: In the free version, we may share limited device identifiers with ad partners to show relevant ads, subject to your "Allow Tracking" consent on iOS.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your region (such as the EU under GDPR or California under CCPA), you have the right to access and request a copy of the limited data we collect, or request its deletion.

7. Age Limitation

Clean is not intended for use by children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
